Alice has combined Waybridge Law Group with the law firm of DeWitt LLP, where she is now a partner.

Alice has practiced law since 1998 in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. Prior to establishing her solo law practice in 2007, she was a member of the estate planning groups at Lindquist & Vennum P.L.L.P. and Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and previously was an associate at Lowry Hill (now Abbott Downing), Wells Fargo’s private wealth management group.

Alice is a member of the American, Minnesota State, and Hennepin County Bar Associations. She recently served on the MSBA Practicelaw Probate Forms Review Committee. She is past chair of the Hennepin County Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section and served as an officer from 2005 – 2008. She has lectured on estate planning, estate administration, and related matters at numerous seminars, and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota and Hamline University.

Alice is co-author of the Minnesota Probate Deskbook in the Minnesota Practice Series, published by Thompson Reuters (West Publishing). She is a past chapter author of the Minnesota Estate Administration Deskbook. She also developed training materials on the Minnesota estate administration process for Minnesota tribal courts and conducted training for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Tribal Court. She has served as Operations Chair for the Children’s Tumor Foundation Annual Neurofibromatosis Walk in Minneapolis and as a board member of Sojourner Project, a battered women’s shelter serving the Western Twin Cities suburbs.

Alice lives in Minneapolis with her teenage daughter and seven pound Yorkie. She enjoys participating in church activities, music, most sports, reading, cooking, and anything that includes her daughter.
